We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items may only be returned if defective.
How to start. Email blonded.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
